Agreement to work with Two Coding
These Terms explain how Two Coding Technologies provides digital services including websites, software, AI automation, SEO, digital marketing, content, design and related technical support.
By requesting a quote, approving a proposal, making a payment, using our website or asking us to start work, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms.
Project scope and approvals
Every project should have a written scope, proposal, invoice, quotation, message confirmation or similar written record explaining what will be delivered.
- Items not clearly included in the approved scope may require a separate quotation.
- Design, content, technical changes and additional revisions may affect timeline and cost.
- Client approval by email, message, call summary, payment or written confirmation may be treated as permission to proceed.
- We may pause work if required information, access, assets or payments are not provided on time.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, brand assets, product details, account access, hosting details, login credentials, images, text and approvals needed to complete the work.
The client must only provide content, data, images, software, brand materials and access that they have the right to use. Two Coding is not responsible for claims, platform restrictions or issues caused by client-supplied materials or instructions.
Payments, deposits and invoices
Prices, deposits, milestones and payment dates will be shared in the quotation, invoice or written communication. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, payments are linked to project planning, reserved time, creative work, development work, tools, testing and service delivery.
- Deposits and milestone payments may be required before work starts or continues.
- Late payment may delay delivery, publishing, support, handover or access transfer.
- Bank, gateway, exchange, tax or transfer charges are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
No automatic refund or money-back promise
Two Coding does not advertise automatic refunds, money-back guarantees or success guarantees. Any refund, credit or adjustment request will be reviewed fairly based on the approved scope, work already completed, project stage, third-party costs and written communication history.
Services such as strategy, design, development, consultation, research, setup, content creation, advertising support and technical work involve time and professional effort. Once such work has started, charges may apply even if the client later changes direction or pauses the project.
No guaranteed results
We work to deliver professional quality and practical business value, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, sales, leads, conversions, followers, ad approvals, platform performance, revenue or business outcomes.
Results can be affected by market conditions, competition, budgets, client offers, website history, user behaviour, search engine updates, ad platform decisions and third-party systems outside our control.
Third-party platforms and tools
Many services depend on third-party tools such as hosting providers, domains, WordPress, plugins, payment gateways, Google, Meta, Canva, analytics tools, email tools, CRM systems, AI tools and social media platforms.
- Third-party downtime, restrictions, policy changes, pricing changes or account actions are outside Two Coding’s control.
- The client is responsible for third-party subscription fees unless otherwise agreed.
- We may recommend tools, but the final decision and account ownership remain with the client unless confirmed otherwise.
Content, compliance and prohibited work
Two Coding may decline, pause or stop work that appears misleading, unsafe, unlawful, abusive, harmful, infringing, spam-related, platform-policy violating or outside our professional standards.
Clients must review content, offers, claims, medical, financial, legal, technical or regulated statements before publishing. Two Coding does not act as the client’s legal, financial, medical or regulatory advisor.
Intellectual property and portfolio use
After full payment, final approved custom deliverables created specifically for the client may be handed over for the client’s business use. Drafts, unused concepts, internal files, methods, code libraries, templates, processes and working materials remain protected unless specifically included in writing.
Two Coding may show non-confidential completed work in its portfolio, case studies or marketing unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before publication.
Support, maintenance and changes
Fixes for confirmed issues within the approved scope may be handled during the agreed support period, if any. New features, redesigns, new pages, content changes, plugin conflicts, hosting issues, malware recovery, third-party changes and ongoing maintenance may require a separate plan or quotation.
Communication and issue handling
If something needs attention, the client should contact Two Coding in writing with clear details, screenshots, links and expected outcome. We aim to review concerns professionally and offer a practical response based on the project scope and available information.
Updates to these Terms
Two Coding may update these Terms from time to time to reflect service changes, operational needs, platform changes or improved clarity. The latest version published on the website will apply from its stated update date.
